Reportedly, the famed New Kid on the Block (NKOTB) and superstar and leader of the hiphop band Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch Donnie Wahlberg is headed for divorce and custody battle with wife of more than eight years Kim Fey Whalberg. Reportedly, Kim Fey Whalberg, represented by Glendale divorce attorney Greta T. Hutton, has filed divorce papers and custody papers in the Los Angeles Superior Court while Donnie Whalberg has filed in the Ventura Superior Court.

Reportedly, Kim Fey Wahlberg, 39, is seeking sole physical and legal custody of their two sons, 15-year-old Xavier and 7-year-old Elijah, allowing for visitation rights for the New Kidder.
