Reportedly, the “Gossip Girl” star Kelly Rutherford divorce is getting “nasty.” Emergency documents filed on Friday, January 9 in the Los Angeles Superior Court, show the divorce between ‘Gossip Girl’ star Kelly Rutherford and her husband David Giersch has turned nasty.

The actress, who filed for divorce earlier this month, is attempting to stop her ex-husband from leaving the US with their 2-year-old son Hermes saying, “I feel there is some risk that he will leave the country with Hermes and I will not know where they are.” For full story click here.
