Reportedly, A Massapequa couple sparring over who is the rightful owner of the wife’s kidney aired their dirty laundry Monday in a Nassau courtroom.

Richard Batista, 49, who donated a kidney to his wife in 2001, held a news conference last week saying that his wife was unfaithful, and now he wants his kidney back - or $1.5 million.

According to Richard Batista’s lawyer, “This is a man who put his life on the line, and his wife has treated him like a piece of dirt,” he said, even referring to his client’s actions as “godlike.”
