Reportedly, unlike Robyn Gibson, Mel Gibson cites a specific date in his divorce papers — which is very significant to the Mel Gibson divorce case. Apparently Mel Gibson’s infamous DUI arrest was less than a month earlier — July 28, 2006. Like Robyn Gibson, Mel Gibson also cited “irreconcilable differences” in his divorce papers as the reason for the divorce.
